We are looking for a QA Engineer to join our team on-site in The Netherlands or remotely.

What you will be doing

You will focus on testing our Chat and Feeds SDK libraries (iOS, Android, React, React Native, Flutter) as well as our live demos and tutorials. This role provides a significant opportunity to grow with the company by helping to shape our QA department and testing processes.

Responsibilities

• Testing new features in native and web-based applications.
• Regression testing
• Documenting test results, identified defects, and other findings
• Working closely with product, design, and development teams throughout the software development process.

You are excited by the thought of contributing to the formation of standardized testing processes in a rapidly growing startup. In addition to working well with a team, you are a self-starter, proactive, and can thrive with minimal direction. Most importantly, you want to serve as a champion for quality throughout the software development process.

You have

• 3+ years of experience testing mobile and/or web applications
• Experience with manual, automated, and performance testing strategies
• Experience with cross-browser and cross-operating system testing (iOS/Android/Web)
• Impeccable and incredibly detailed written communication skills (English)
• Passion for customer satisfaction and product quality
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment to ensure timely follow-up and follow-through

Bonus points

• Experience writing code for products or automated testing
• Experience with a SaaS company or other tech startup
• Degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Writing test documentation
• API Testing
• Experience working in a highly distributed team
