HomeAdvisor is looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join our Mobile Development team. We are looking for someone who is test tool and language agnostic to implement and maintain an automated end to end regression test suite.  Our environment is fun, loose, iterative, and positive. Experience with QA on mobile apps is not required.  We want you for your test automation experience. 

What you will be doing:

• Build and maintain a test framework: Work with automation team to design and implement a test automation framework.
• Evaluate options: Work with our mobile and test automation teams to review and recommend the best test automation tools.
• Develop End to End tests: Work with the developers on your team to create and maintain our automated user facing regression test suite.
• Ensure quality and integrity: Write clear detailed, yet concise, test cases. Perform manual testing and identifying opportunities for automation.
• Coordinate: Work with your team to track and triage bugs and support releases.

Skills required:

• In depth experience in user-facing end-to-end test automation, such as experience implementing tests with tools like Selenium, Katalon, Unified Functional Testing, TestComplete, Watir, Appium, XCUITest, UIAutomator, or Robotium.
• 2+ years of manual software testing experience, including experience in SDLC, Agile methodologies and theories, test plan development, requirements analysis, test case design, test execution practices, defect detection, logging and tracking, with the majority of that experience tied to testing end to end user experience.
• 1+ years developing software.
• Skilled in diagnosing and solving complex problems and providing detailed technical analysis.
• Language and test tool agnostic with no fear to learn new languages and tools.
• A desire to develop an automated testing framework and processes for our mobile app automation efforts. 
• Past experience with Jenkins is a bonus.
