Pega Senior System Architect (SSA) / Lead System Architect (LSA)
Location: Englewood, CO -or- Remote
Travel: Up to 50% post pandemic

As the Pega SSA/LSA you will work on internal product development and client projects using the latest versions of Pega. You will be hands on and live and breathe Pega solutions. You love to wear multiple hats to include product development, building complex Pega configurations, leading and mentoring junior team members and more. You are a self-starter and enjoy taking risks to transcend the norm. Your knowledge and expertise will lend itself to the sales process and you will be an active participant responsible for developing and presenting to clients. Your desire and passion to always be pushing boundaries will be instrumental in helping us grow the CX practice.
Qualifications For Success
- 8 or more years of experience working with Pega
- 3 or more years of experience working as a lead Pega technical resource
- Proficiency with Pega 8
- Understanding of principals of LSA work and responsibilities
- SSA Certified (LSA preferred)
- Experienced working with clients, developing presentations and comfortable presenting to clients
- Worked using Agile software development methodologies like Scrum, Kanban or XP
- Customer Service or Customer Experience knowledge is a plus
- Contact Center experience is a plus

Applicants can expect to make between $130,000 to $165,000 upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon experience, skills, certifications, education among other factors as required in the job description. In addition, this position is eligible for a target incentive bonus up to 10-15%.
