Manager, Ad Tech & QA - Adtaxi
The Manager of Ad Tech & QA is responsible for managing the technical support team at Adtaxi, and will work with the leadership group to provide the highest level of performance and efficiency across all ad platforms.
Key responsibilities include: Managing one or more employees to ensure all projects and requests are completed efficiently; technical support for key strategic campaigns with an emphasis on campaign tracking and Google Analytics setup; proactively seeking out new tools and opportunities to improve our advertising efforts; supporting the product team to ensure all ad products are thoroughly vetted for operational use; operational training for all Adtaxi and DFM ad ops teams.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to Adtaxi’s programmatic, search and social teams for all campaigns, including assistance with Google Analytics discrepancies, tagging issues, creative troubleshooting, etc.
Set up, support and maintenance of client Google Analytics goals, including troubleshooting as required.
Oversee Adtaxi’s tag management solution, including vendor management, team training, and client support and troubleshooting.
Manage Ad Tech & QA Specialist, and work with ops leadership to ensure prioritized goals are met.
Proactively seek out new opportunities to drive revenue and raise the bar on campaign performance.
Work collaboratively with Adtaxi leadership to develop solutions that will improve our operational efficiency, campaign management tools and processes.
Continually refining our QA processes and tools to ensure the highest quality of campaign management across all channels.
Support the product team with new opportunities to ensure they meet Adtaxi's operational requirements and are thoroughly vetted for operational use.
Skills Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
3 – 5 years managing digital advertising tools
3 – 5 years managing ad operations teams
Extensive knowledge of The Trade Desk or other DSPs, Adwords (aka Google Ads) and Facebook preferred
Extensive knowledge of Google Analytics or other third party analytics and optimization tools
Proficiency with troubleshooting ad tags
Familiar and comfortable with HTML, CSS, Javascript
eComm experience preferred
Familiar and comfortable with data analytic tools such as Tableau or Google Data Studio
Excellent verbal and written communications skills and a strong attention to detail
Must have the ability to multi-task and work within firm deadlines
Proficiency in Excel
Strong quantitative skills
