We are looking for a mid to senior level Full Stack Developer with enterprise CMS experience, including WordPress and related technologies. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a team-building and optimizing multiple properties which see hundreds of thousands of page views per month.

What you'll be doing:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and develop new features and enhancements to web properties and infrastructure. This infrastructure includes WP Engine, Wordpress and industry-standard plugins, CI/CD pipelines, and solutions leveraging Javascript and React.
  
• Research, evaluate, implement and support future web properties & technologies
• Research, implement and maintain tools to drive efficiencies, system and workflow improvements for both our technical team and non-technical content editors
• Maintain, optimize and support our web analytic and performance monitoring systems
• Integrate applications and other technologies with the web properties.
• Participate in Agile team ceremonies (daily standups, iteration planning, retrospectives, etc)

Skills and experience that are important for the role:

• 7+ years front end and back-end web development experience.
• Advanced understanding of modern JavaScript practices (browser & Node.js)
• Experience with React
• 3+ years Wordpress development experience building custom themes, plugins, and Gutenberg blocks.
• Demonstrated soft skills collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comprehensive understanding of web development, including but not limited to HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Experience implementing usability and accessibility best practices to translate designs into working software.
• Experience applying DevOps practices (e.g. Bitbucket delivery pipelines, automated testing, deployment, and monitoring solutions).
• Experience applying technology to provide data-driven intelligence.
• Experience using Agile practices and the benefits it can provide to individuals, teams and organizations.

Although preference will be given to candidates in Metro Denver / Boulder, we are open to candidates working remotely from other U.S. locations. While we are productive working remotely, we also enjoy access to our office as a place to work and gather with our colleagues.
Compensation:
Scaled Agile is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The target salary range for this role is $105,000 - $125,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, and certifications.
