Front-End Web Developer
We seek a seasoned Front End Web Developer to join our award-winning team! The product development organization is going to grow substantially over the coming months; we have some exciting initiatives spinning up in which we need a front end expert to join the team.
A successful candidate has experience working across full stack web technologies, but has a passion for the front end. We need someone who is an expert in modern javascript and front end frameworks, such as React or Angular, and who is well versed in HTML5 / CSS3 and working with RESTful API’s or even building his/her own. Much of Mersive’s newest UX is built in ReactJS. Additionally, we love candidates who have mobile or native front end development experience as well, especially in QT / QML. Our top candidates will have great stories to tell about leveraging new technologies in creative ways to build experiences that customers love.
Your day-to-day will look like this:
- Work with our Product team (PM, UX Design) iteratively to create amazing interactive experiences
- Implement proof-of-concept interfaces and demos for user testing efforts
- Perform the necessary R&D to ensure Mersive leads the market in innovation
- Ensure the long term quality of the code you develop through unit and functional testing
Here’s what experience we’re looking for:
- 3-6 years as a front end engineer
- Strong architecture and experience in greenfields projects
- Demonstrated experience designing and integrating with APIs
- Experience with front end testing frameworks
- Expertise in the following: Javascript, ReactJS, Node.js, REST APIs, HTML5/CSS, OAuth
- Experience in QT/QML, Mobile Development (Android or iOS), native C/C++, networking/transport protocols is a bonus
