Four Winds Interactive seeks an Associate Sales Engineer to work with and support the Sales Engineering team. The Associate Sales Engineer will impact sales success, drive key initiatives, and streamline processes for senior team members. The Associate Sales Engineering role will primarily support multiple Sales Engineers with technical and sales tasks. The Associate Sales Engineer will report to a Manager of Sales Engineering.

 

The compensation package will be aligned to each candidate’s experience and qualifications. All applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, each with varying ranges of complexity, per FWi pre-defined processes
  • Work closely assisting senior Sales Engineers and Sales Engineering management
  • Learn the FWi software, product offerings and infrastructure
  • Maintain and develop FWi applications and solutions for client demonstration and internal team use
  • Assist with hardware maintenance and setup for internal digital signage network and for trade shows
  • Provide technical support to sales team
  • Assist with the technical scoping of client projects
  • Software demonstration to prospective customers via webinar and in person
  • Complete required training and development objectives within assigned time frame
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

Requirements for Success:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong situational adaptability – ability to modify approach, tactics, and game plan when presented with new information or changing circumstances
  • Desire and aptitude to build strong technical acumen, strong business acumen, and strong public speaking/demonstration skills
  • Conceptual understanding of the following:
    • Operating Systems (Windows OS, Windows Server, Android OS, iOS, SoC Technology)
    • TCP/IP Networking
    • SQL and Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS)
    • Networking Protocols/Theory
    • Web Services (ASP.NET, .NET, IIS)
    • XML and XSLT

Helpful for Success:

  • Prior hands on experience using Adobe Photoshop, Gimp, or similar graphic design applications
  • Previous experience or interest in working within the digital communications industry
  • Experience with SalesForce CRM software
  • Experience using Four Winds software
