Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
Demonstrates thought-leadership, team leadership and client engagement in directing consulting engagements:

  • Possessing the ability and proven success as a leader in a marketing and/or commerce consulting role, including but not limited to: strategic thinking, leadership and solution development across technologies & programs, including: Personalization, Marketing Automation, Customer Data Platforms, Testing and Optimization, and e-Commerce;
  • Leading digital marketing and/or commerce platform strategy, design and architecture for enterprise clients;
  • Engaging with business and technology leaders to understand strategy, articulate solution options, evaluate trade-offs and influence key decisions;
  • Having sufficient technological knowledge and solution implementation experience to support goal definition for technology components and frameworks, including reference architectures and implementations;
  • Possessing a strategic vision to develop and position PwC and yourself as a thought leader in the Marketing & Commerce space; and,
  • Utilizing proven and demonstrated current knowledge in emerging omni-channel marketing and commerce technologies and industry market trends.


Demonstrates thought leader-level capabilities and mastery through a proven record of success in:

  • Identifying and leading business development activities including development and presentation of proposals;
  • Leading Digital Marketing and/or Commerce consulting engagements, responsible for client management, project delivery and quality, project financial management, and leading the engagement team;
  • Identifying client business opportunities and lead the development of digital marketing and/or commerce strategy and business case;
  • Assessing client digital marketing and/or commerce capabilities, operating model, and organizational process;
  • Having extensive technical or operational knowledge of digital marketing and/or commerce technological product suites focusing on Adobe Commerce, Marketo Engage, Real-Time CDP etc.;
  • Designing solutions based on business needs, technology enablement, and data & analytical insights;
  • Working with cross-functional teams (marketing, UX designers, IT teams) to develop optimal customer experience solutions;
  • Leading the execution of digital marketing and/or commerce strategy, operations, or technical projects;
  • Possessing extensive Agile knowledge and experience working with onshore and offshore teams; and,
  • Analyzing customer insights and operational data to showcase value and identify additional opportunities for improvement.
