TrackVia is looking for a Director, Demand Generation to be a part of a driven, talented Marketing team. We want a highly strategic candidate with marketing experience to take ownership of the planning and execution of demand generation strategy and continuously bring new ideas to the table.

Responsibilities

  • Create the vision, strategy and necessary infrastructure for scaled demand generation that transforms how we engage and influence our buyers.
  • Plan and execute integrated demand generation campaigns that achieve our lead generation, opportunity creation, and pipeline coverage goals.
  • Responsible for all demand generation channels, including email, PPC, social, display, retargeting, events, direct mail, etc.
  • Amplify our brand and key messages to the market in a creative and cost-effective manner across channels.
  • Partner with writers, designers and third-party SEO expert(s) to optimize organic search and website conversions.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to optimize demand generation campaigns for target audiences, segmentations and messaging.
  • Provide leadership in maximizing the use of Pardot marketing automation and Salesforce CRM.
  • Leverage marketing analytics, segmentation and lead scoring techniques to generate high quality top-of-funnel leads and continually improve our lead database.
  • Build, manage and maintain reports to track key success metrics and ROI for every demand generation campaign. Analyze performance to make needed adjustments and present findings to executive team.
  • Research, implement, maintain and communicate best practices related to all demand generation programs, campaigns, processes and technologies.
  • Work collaboratively and proactively with internal partners to get timely and compelling materials to feed lead generation activities and programs. 
  • Manage relationship with digital agencies, as applicable.
  • Build and lead a high performing demand generation team. Recruit, retain, grow and manage a talented team, leveraging strong development and coaching skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience with strong emphasis on demand generation, pipeline building, lead lifecycle, and nurturing.
  • Demonstrative definition and execution of lead acquisition, lead scoring, nurture programs, email marketing, Web, PPC, SEO and other paid lead generation channels.
  • Experience working at software / technology companies in B2B.
  • Pardot, Salesforce, and Google Search and Analytics power user.
  • Strong presentation and analytical skills to communicate program effectiveness and results cross-functionally.
  • Ability to easily navigate between strategy and execution.
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, CMS (Wordpress preferred), LinkedIn, Twitter and other social channels.
  • Ability to manage demand generation vendor relationships.
  • Ability to consistently produce results on time and within budget.
  • Outstanding attention to detail with superior prioritization, time and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Experience defining and implementing progressive profiling, a plus.
  • Previous experience building a demand generation team.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 25%.
