Connekt seeks an experienced visual/interaction designer with high-level hands-on design skills. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design and possess superior UI skills to design beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces

The candidate is strongest in visual design, interactive design, brand implementation, design execution and succeeds through creativity, collaboration, and prompt delivery. Must be able to work independently as well as with strong direction and collaboration with designers and PMs within and outside business groups.

Required

• 5 plus years work related experience.
• Strong portfolio of related work must be provided with application.
• Strong knowledge of user interface and functionality design.
• Strong creative skills and ability to generate design ideas.
• Experience creating style guides and collaborating with internal teams to define user interface requirements.
• Solid understanding of web technologies (i.e. HTML and CSS).
• Fluency with standard design software tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, etc) required.
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have ability to own and drive projects.
• Advanced interaction design and web technology skills (i.e. Animate) may be preferred but not required.
