DESCRIPTION
Revint Solutions is a looking for an experienced User Experience Designer to lead the visual design and user interaction of our next generation suite of applications. This role requires broad and deep user architecture design experience, intellectual curiosity, relentless resourcefulness, artful communication skills and a deep passion for solving business problems with thoughtful design.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Spearhead the design of a next generation of Revint products by appreciating current tools and their requirements, in addition to evaluating the next evolution of their potential for innovation into a new platform
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
- Interview / shadow current users to fully appreciate what they are trying to accomplish and how they accomplish it
- Create user personas to capture the “voice of the user”
- Create low fidelity mockups / design and lead initial testing to validate or change the approach
- Create a higher fidelity “prototype” and lead user testing to optimize the usability
- Work closely with Product Management and Engineering to create UI specific requirements
- Help distill a culture of product innovation and the key role that user design plays within the company
- Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
- Orchestrate product discovery / experimentation in order to validate ideas prior to their construction
- Ask smart questions, take risks and champion new ideas
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of proven experience in user interaction design
- Ability to work with users to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences
- Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions
- A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis and usability
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working in Healthcare technology a plus
- Demonstrable successes in the design of both low fidelity and high fidelity prototype content
