Sr. UX Designer Job Description
We seek a Sr. UX Designer to join our award-winning team! The product development organization is going to grow substantially over the coming months; we need a UX/design leader to help take on some very exciting initiatives.
A successful candidate has experience exploring, researching, and designing amazing interactive experiences in key areas such as content sharing and collaboration, cloud analytics platforms, mobile applications, or enterprise IT administration and management. The successful candidate is adept at designing and conducting advanced, best-practice user research to ensure data-driven decisions inform our product strategy. Your day-to-day will look like this:
- Work with talented product and engineering partners in an agile environment to create amazing user experiences that our customers love
- Design and conduct user research in partnership with product managers to provide qualitative insights into product strategy while maintaining a close relationship with key customers
- Partner with our agile coach to ensure our agile processes support our creative UX / design processes
Here’s what experience we’re looking for:
- 3-8 years in a UX / Design role for a software technology company
- Experience creating digital media, collaboration software, or enterprise management experiences
- Expertise using design tools such as Sketch, Invision, and the Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience leveraging user research tools such as Usertesting.com or UsabilityHub is a plus
