We’re looking for a talented mobile design lead to help us enhance our growing collection of digital behavioral health tools and apps. This role would work collaboratively with Product, Engineering, and UX in our Denver office to produce engaging, impactful, and usable interfaces for our mobile applications. We are looking for a seasoned designer with a solid portfolio that can show strong examples of mobile design for high-volume consumer facing applications.  If you enjoy designing thoughtful solutions to meaningful challenges for a diverse range of users, we’d love to hear from you.

ON ANY GIVEN DAY YOU COULD FIND YOURSELF:

• Speaking with various stakeholders and teams throughout the organization to understand user pain points and find solutions.
• Leading the design for myStrength’s native mobile applications across iOS and Android.
• Collaborating with other UX/UI designers to ensure cohesion across our entire product portfolio.
• Creating sketches, wireframes, and clickable prototypes for new ideas and features.
• Working the details of your designs at a pixel-perfect level and delivering appropriate assets to our mobile developers.

YOU NEED TO  HAVE:

• 5+ years experience in mobile product design for user facing applications.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, and can present your work and effectively communicate how your designs solve specific problems.
• A passion to build accessible products that are visually delightful and easy to use
• Amazing skills with design software such as Illustrator, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Photoshop. You’re free to use what you feel is the best tool for the task at hand.
• A strong portfolio that shows examples of previous mobile design work.

BONUS POINTS:

• Experience with animation or motion graphics.
• Comfortable with web design.  The focus of the position will be on mobile design but it’s nice to have flexibility as projects ebb and flow.
