We are looking for an experienced and passionate designer to help design and develop engaging experiences. You will work closely with Designers, Product Managers and Engineers, pushing the boundaries to create truly unique products and experiences.
 

What you will be doing:

• Focus on the user’s needs – make a useful product, not just a beautiful product
• Develop a deep understanding of our problem, our users, and our systems
• Own the design process including the creation of design related artifacts for all stages of the product development process (user validation, user interviews, wireframes, clickable prototypes, visual design comps, etc.)
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and other Designers in all phases of a product, from discovery to delivery to iteration
• Analyze the use and operation of our platform and propose improvements, changes, and new functionalities 

What we are looking for:

• 4+ years of design experience including web-based and mobile applications
• Thorough understanding of user centered design principles
• Strong proficiency in modern design tools – Sketch, InVision, Principle, Zeplin, etc.
• Experience planning and leading user research and usability testing
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript and responsive design
• A strong portfolio of work
