Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a tight-knit team of kind and cool creatives working in our Denver headquarters with a variety of exciting clients, in addition to limited travel to interesting locations while on site for events.  A qualified candidate for the position of Motion Graphics Designer will have 3-5+ years of experience in graphic design and animation in an ad agency or production studio environment. Our ideal candidate will be extremely self-motivated, driven, committed and a dedicated team player. Candidates must submit a digital portfolio in addition to their application to be considered.

Successful candidates will have the following:

• Bachelors degree in graphic design, animation, or comparable field
• 3+ years of experience in motion design, graphic design and/or art direction
• Creative content design including but not limited to: After Effects/Motion Graphics; video editing/production; web banners and web graphics
• Proficient/knowledgeable in: After Effects/ Photoshop/ Illustrator/ InDesign/ Premier and/or Final Cut Pro/ Flash
• Excel in the creation of video/artwork that applies strategic marketing/branding for multiple brands
• 3D modeling/rendering experience a plus
• Audio experience a plus
• Ability to effectively communicate with our internal company departments and clients
• Experience preparing final video product for upload to clients
• Ability to self-manage, work independently, and meet client expectations and deadlines
• Life-long learning spirit and hunger to take on new challenges

What you would be doing at Unbridled:

• Animates and edits full show packages for live events – opens, transitions, title sequences, etc.
• Storyboards and develops concepts for various motion content pieces
• Animates, designs, concepts and edits short form content pieces
• Properly navigates compression and format needs for live broadcast, web, email etc.
• Executes superior design skills while telling stories through visuals in a wide variety of styles and aesthetics
• Adapts to various company brands and represents each in their voice and style
• Manages ongoing projects simultaneously
• Travels 6-10 times a year for 3-4 days at a time as on-site animator for final edits and renders
• Always embodies the Unbridled brand and culture: character, change, credibility, and community
