We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to help us drive increased revenue, conversion, and brand loyalty to Deny Designs through proactive ownership of the brand marketing vision, site merchandising and site experience by maintaining mission, value, story, core values and brand voice. This position is in our Englewood, CO office.

You’ll Report To: VP, Retail Relations

A typical day as a Brand Marketing Manager might include:

  • Serve as a brand steward, ensuring all assets adhere to brand standards and overall design best practices, including, but not limited to: online experience, customer package experience and everything in between to inspire brand loyalty and customer retention.
  • Determine B2B promotional strategy with VP, Retail Relations
  • Manage the website's promotional & editorial calendar in order to create urgency, attract site visitors, and drive revenue while maintaining target gross margins.
  • Own and oversee merchandising and curate product collections for all website landing pages including homepage and visitor gateway pages.
  • Create/Design needed digital and print sales tools in the form of Editorial/Seasonal Lookbooks, Product-specific One Sheets, Price Sheets, Email Content, and Proposal assets for the B2B team.
  • Manage Graphic Designer and/or team.
  • Review and decipher transactional data and google analytics data to maximize sales and develop new strategies and initiatives.


You’ll be successful if you are a creative planner with marketing experience. If you can effortlessly set and manage projects like seasonal strategic planning and have the ability to navigate through general analytic data and draw conclusions on how to maximize sales and develop new strategies and initiatives to grow our business, you are who we are looking for!

What You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Graphic design experience required
  • 3 years' experience working in ecommerce with at least 2 years' experience in growth marketing and revenue optimization
  • Strong foundation of core design concepts: grid layout, typographic layout and hierarchy
  • Must have passion for interior design and understanding of interior decorating principles
  • Passion for ecommerce with proven depth of knowledge in the category
  • Experience developing ecommerce pricing and promotional plans 
  • Hands-on approach, with high energy and attention to detail
  • Experience successfully working across departments to achieve desired business goals
  • Strong understanding of web analysis tools such as Google Analytics
  • Proven experience with optimization testing tools (Optimizely, Adobe/Omniture Test & Target, Optimost, Google Website Optimizer)
  • Photo retouching and rendering experience a plus
  • Must be a self-starter
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS
  • Familiarity with responsive mobile design and modern web design principles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Not afraid to wear multiple hats - no job being too small or too large.
