Bluprint seeks a creative Graphic Designer with illustration experience to work on both digital and print projects across all brand touchpoints.

  • Responsible for designing all eCommerce emails for both subscriber and non-subscriber audiences.

  • Partner on asset creation to support site merchandising team.

  • Support Acquisition and Engagement Creative Leads on projects and brand building exercises.

  • Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Art Director, and design team in creating digital content in service of the brand’s cross-platform visual storytelling, communications, events, advertising campaigns, and more.

  • The right candidate should be able to design, illustrate, and/or source assets quickly based on sketches, drafts, data and content requirements gathered from different departments under the direction of the senior members of the team.

Qualifications/Requirements
• Minimum 3+ years of Digital Marketing design experience.
• Minimum 1+ years detailed experience with mail specifically.
• Experience working with eCommerce.
• Proficiency in Sketch and Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop. After Effects, Google Slides, PowerPoint, and Keynote a plus.
• A terrific portfolio featuring several contemporary, beautifully designed projects and showcasing a strong understanding and creative approach to illustration, typography, editorial photography/layout, and brand identity. Animated GIF art experience a plus.
• High level of comfort with the following situations:
- Challenging and changing timelines
- High expectations / reach goals for owned programs
- Building strong cross-functional relationships
- Consistent team player, always willing to help attitude
- Pitching in outside the confines of your role both short-term and long-term.
