What you’ll Do
As a member of the design team and working directly with the Director of Design, you will be tasked with helping define RADAR’s brand into compelling visual communications. From concept to completion, you’ll work to ensure that our marketing, sales and brand materials are creative, thoughtful, well-designed and consistent.
You’re comfortable working across many formats, both analog and digital. You’re adept at using your visual skills to create clear and compelling story-telling, with an ability to quickly familiarize with brand goals and integrate them into your designs. You’re eager to help define and standardize the look and feel of our brand moving forward.
You will be working across all teams in the company to help them achieve short and long term objectives in a fast paced and collaborative environment.
What you’ll bring to the team
You will bring your curious mindset to help the team shape our brand design externally and internally. You approach your work with a humble, helpful and hard working mentality. You enjoy collaborating with multiple stakeholders and meeting deadlines. Bonus points if you like memes.
- Exhibit a deep understanding of design, including typography, layout, color and hierarchy. Bonus points for experience with digital platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in all the current design tools – especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch or Figma
- Proficient in all business related tools – especially Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Google Sheets, Google Slides and Google Docs
- Experience working across a variety of sales, marketing and brand executions – especially social media/blog graphics, emails, decks, landing pages, branding material
