AdVision is seeking a hard-working, Demand Generation Manager who can establish a strong foundation for Marketing and Lead Generation functions at our agency. This will be our first full-time hire in this department.

You are a lead generation machine. You have mastered the techniques of moving traffic through the marketing funnel and speak in acronyms like MQL, SQL and conversion rates. You love the science of marketing as much as the art. You have a passion for building, implementing and measuring new systems, processes and campaigns.

In this role, you'll get to:

  • Collaborate with our PPC, SEO and Social teams to maximize awareness and traffic to advision.co.
  • Be responsible for the lead management process from lead capture to follow-up. You will work collaboratively with Sales and obtain feedback on the quality of MQLs generated from marketing campaigns.
  • Track full-funnel marketing metrics and provide recommendations based on these.
  • Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance and deliver weekly campaign performance briefs to marketing and sales leadership
  • Drive best in class lead capture and management. Provide regular database health checks, cleansing, and augmentation
  • Manage and expand the capabilities of our marketing automation platform
  • Manage list segmentation and scoring to deliver more targeted and relevant messaging to improve engagement and conversion of prospects
  • Partner closely with various teams to ensure proper messaging, timing and execution of one-off and ongoing campaigns on site, across email, and on multiple advertising channels.
  • You will be evaluated on the ability to increase awareness, drive traffic and capture qualified MQL’s.

On the first day we will expect you to have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B Marketing and demand generation.
  • Proven track record of implementing industry best lead generation programs and processes.
  • Experience using marketing automation with HubSpot.
  • Fantastic program management and communication skills, as well as a phenomenal track record of working across sales, marketing and service teams.
  • You are highly analytical and metrics driven. You live for the data and are excited to optimize campaigns using those insights.
