Responsibilities

• Develop reports that drive critical business notifications
• Define high-level requirements/stories, provide necessary details, and test deliverables
• Diagram existing and future-state business processes
• Integrate with system-of-record (FIS Relius recordkeeping system)
• Troubleshoot issues, find root-cause, and provide resolution
• Develop command-line scripts

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• Ability to "figure things out" when faced with new technologies
• High proficiency in a query language (e.g. SQL, etc.)
• High proficiency in any of the following technologies:
  • Report writing (e.g. Crystal Reports, Tableau, SSRS, etc.)
  • Pivot Tables (e.g. Google Sheets, Excel, etc.)
  • Diagramming tool (e.g. Lucidchart, Google Drawings, etc.)
  • Scripting language (e.g. Python, Bash, Perl, etc.)
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to "think outside the box" when integrating with at 3rd party system-of-record
