Responsibilities
- Develop reports that drive critical business notifications
- Define high-level requirements/stories, provide necessary details, and test deliverables
- Diagram existing and future-state business processes
- Integrate with system-of-record (FIS Relius recordkeeping system)
- Troubleshoot issues, find root-cause, and provide resolution
- Develop command-line scripts
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to "figure things out" when faced with new technologies
- High proficiency in a query language (e.g. SQL, etc.)
- High proficiency in any of the following technologies:
- Report writing (e.g. Crystal Reports, Tableau, SSRS, etc.)
- Pivot Tables (e.g. Google Sheets, Excel, etc.)
- Diagramming tool (e.g. Lucidchart, Google Drawings, etc.)
- Scripting language (e.g. Python, Bash, Perl, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to "think outside the box" when integrating with at 3rd party system-of-record
