The Role

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in implementing Microsoft Dynamics Nav in a product company with international operations. This role will also have a heavy dose of exposure to senior management and candidates need a proven track record of distilling down complex business requirements into the implications and changes required in Microsoft Dynamica NAV to support the business needs. Emphasis is on Sales Order Processing of configurable products, inventory planning, forecasting and supply and demand planning. Knowledge of financial requirements for international fulfillment, taxation, duties and accounting configurations in NAV are also of value. The perfect candidate will have a customer-obsessed attitude and will be willing to roll up the sleeves to deliver value to the business.

Responsibilities

• Support departments business-wide by assisting with modifications and enhancements to our existing Microsoft Dynamics Nav environment.
• Develop smart, compelling dashboards and reports to track KPI’s, identify trends, and monitor the business.
• Collect requirements for extending data sources and structures
• Collect requirements and implement integrations with new and existing business systems, including SalesForce Commerce and Marketing Cloud and Oracle PLM

Requirements

• 5+ years in a lead analyst role and BS/BA in a quantitative field of study
• 5+ years of Microsoft Dyanmics Nav Programming and Implementation Experience.
• Data mining skill set using tools such as SQL
• Very good knowledge of data transformation programming languages (Javascript, ETL frameworks or XML)
• Experience with Shopify, Demandware/Commerce Cloud, Google Analytics, ERP or other similar tools.
• Proven analytical skills and attention to detail required.
• Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
