Healthgrades is focused on providing trusted information that helps consumers and providers make meaningful connections. As a Senior Manager, Analytics, you will oversee the processes and services provided by the business unit’s Client Reporting and Analytics team. Further, have full accountability for inspection, testing, continuous improvement, and problem solving within the team. Manages vendors, supervisors and/or individual contributors. Reports on metrics related to program delivery, contract fulfillment, product performance and productivity of the business unit to the Director.

What you will do:

  • Oversees people leadership for the business unit with particular focus on customer satisfaction, quality, continuous improvement, and problem solving
  • Sets priorities and assigns tasks to team resources
  • Responsible for creating development plans to build on employee strengths, while managing performance, has authority to hire and terminate employees, and makes compensation recommendations for supervisors and/or individual contributors
  • Over governance and data integrity for the business unit
  • Creates and enforces rules related to data requirements, processes, methodologies, and documentation
  • Creates shared goals with the business unit’s customers on data integrity and proper uses of data
  • Leads the development of research best practices
  • Continually scans external and internal environment for additional data sources
  • Develops library of relevant and valid data sources
  • Identifies, communicates and utilizes analytics best practices
  • Leverages advanced analytics techniques and previous analytical work to deepen analytic capabilities
  • Consolidates business unit analysis to provide broader perspective and longer-term view
  • Ensures all findings and insights have been confirmed, validated, and vetted prior to delivery to stakeholders as well as alignment of all recommendations to strategy by reviewing business plans and calibrating new findings with previous analysis
  • Partners with stakeholders to determine new research and analysis needs based on findings and recommendations

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a focus in Business or Analytics OR equivalent experience
  • 7 years of experience in analytics and market research preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and/or data modeling
  • Ability to analyze highly detailed information, identify performance issues, and make recommendations to business leaders
  • Experience analyzing highly detailed information, identify performance issues, and make recommendations to business leaders
  • Ability to  synthesize multiple analyses into consistent, reliable information that business leaders can use to take action

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $127,000 - $135,000 annually*
  • Bonus: up to 10%
