As a Senior Data Analyst you'll take part in our data related efforts in Melio's most strategic growth segments. As a Senior Data Analyst, you’ll be working across all NY teams, as a part of the Data Analysis team. This is a unique opportunity to join one of our most strategic and growing business units.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Report to the Data Analytics Manager in TLV and be a part of a small team of Data Analysts
  • Oversee the entire data, analytics, and BI domain across the business unit - from building yearly and quarterly work plans to managing and prioritizing day-to-day activities
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, BU leadership and operation teams to provide high-impact insights and evangelize data-driven decision making
  • Work directly with the Unit’s management to provide data insights and BI solutions
  • Carry out a hands-on meta-analysis for various company needs
  • Support our high-scale conversion optimization and testing efforts through statistical models and data-driven analysis
  • Collaborate with the TLV Data Analytics team, to keep one source of truth and keep the same methodology 
  • Develop insights-based presentations from analytics and present internally & support external stakeholders
  • Create forecasts and actionable recommendations for business decisions
What we’d love to see:
  • 4+ years of working experience as a Data Analyst
  • Experience in fast growing high-tech companies
  • Significant experience working with SQL. Knowledge of Python - advantage
  • Experience in working with BI tools
  • Knowledge/experience in optimization and testing space - (A/B) split tests, multivariate tests.
  • Exceptional communication skills, ability to work with senior management and lead strategic cross-company projects and liaising with other international offices
  • University degree, B.Sc. preferred, in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field

Compensation, Benefits and Perks:

  • Basic compensation range is $106,000 - $125,000
