Senior Business Analyst, Retail Wireless Planning and Partnerships

Job Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to help solve business, operational, compliance and legal issues surrounding current and future retail wireless integrations, and project launches. The successful candidate will identify gaps and drive decisions rooted in data, while engaging, collaborating and communicating across the enterprise to deliver on initiatives. He or she will support the development of policies that focus on quality customer experience by minimizing, identifying and eliminating financial risks. In this role, you will:
- Coach business units through analysis and documentation that includes prioritization, requirements, risks, issues, project schedule and meeting agendas;
- Identify, develop, and drive the elimination of key risks and issues to maintain a high level of customer service while minimizing financial risks
- Partner with business areas, executive leadership, and technology teams on initiatives to align project outcomes with strategic priorities and direction
- Assemble teams, assign individual responsibilities, identify appropriate resources and develop schedules to ensure timely completion of projects;
- Manage project milestones and deliverables while providing ongoing initiative updates and status reporting.
- Work with network and engineering teams to build and align product offerings that meet the needs of our wireless brands
- Collaborate with legal teams to create contracts for new partners.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and six to eight plus years of relevant experience. MBA preferred/is a plus
- Ability to present to senior level management including C-Level
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively (both in writing and verbally) to interact effectively with IT, business, management and executive leadership is required.
- Strong collaboration and facilitation skills are a must.
- Ability to leverage communication skills effectively across every level of the company, to establish reputation as a subject matter expert;
- Experience facilitating technical meetings and collaborating with others to brainstorm and implement valuable solutions;
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability/experience to drive solutions, addressing known issues and risks
- Flexibility and resilience to adjust to changing priorities and new challenges
- Project and release management experience
- Proficiency in Google Suite products, Microsoft Office, Visio, etc.
Salary Range
Compensation: $76,300.00/Year - $109,000.00/Year
