Better requires process, discipline, and simplification
We’ll be looking to you to be a key member of the team that creates, maintains and executes key controls to mitigate potential risks to western union and our customers. This position will interact and lead on work with regulators, auditors, Compliance colleagues and other partners all over the world. You will also support the wider compliance team in ensuring our controls and procedures are effective against future fraudulent activities and help support a more compliance conscious environment.
For such a pivotal role, we require you to have experience in Anti Money Laundering and/or Compliance from a financial service or payments background. With the vast amount of laws, regulations, requirements, risks and needs all over the world you will need to demonstrate strong research, analysis, coordination, management and related skills.

The annual gross base salary range is 63,300.45 - 104,650.38 USD Annual. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
