The Market Research Analyst role is key to the firm’s success that will help determine the viability of new acquisition opportunities and will allow decisions to be made based on accurate market intelligence.

• Collect micro-market supply and demand data
• Support our acquisitions team to assess attractiveness of new markets
• Assist acquisition analysts in determining market rent & adjusting proforma rates
• Responsible for archiving and databasing market research for future use
• Lead the development of ad hoc projects
• Act as firm’s lead source for market data
• Transition into various underwriting responsibilities as the candidate grows

• Ability to simultaneously complete multiple projects on tight timelines
• Comfortable talking on the phone
• Self-starter, independent
• Works well with others and as part of larger group
• Experience with MS Excel
• Possess a strong interest in the commercial real estate market *Strong work ethic and willingness to outperform
