Manager of Analytics

| Greater Denver Area

Role
We're looking for an Analytics Manager who is curious, creatively persistent, and incisive to join our growing, centralized team of data analytics experts. The ideal candidate has a knack for seeing solutions in sprawling data sets, a creative approach to telling data stories, and a desire to impact the direction of a quickly growing company. As part of the team, you will partner with internal stakeholders at all levels across the organization to develop impactful data-driven insights and strategic recommendations. Responsibilities
From the start, you can expect to:

  • Collaborate across functional departments to identify, prioritize, and solve key analytic opportunities
  • Understand and communicate business performance in a way that promotes action
  • Contribute to projects using advanced modeling techniques to distill compelling insights that enable thoughtful change
  • Design, develop, and maintain data models and dashboards in support of key business decisions
  • Tell data-driven stories that inspire action at the executive and senior leadership level
  • Build strong personal relationships throughout the organization


Basic Qualifications
• 2+ years work experience in Analytics or Consulting
• Bachelors Degree
