For this role, we are looking for a team-centric individual contributor with a focus on using geospatial information to solve business problems. In addition to technical prowess, they will need strong communication skills to translate analysis for a variety of stakeholders. They think critically, seek out multiple perspectives, build long-term relationships and are committed to advancing their own knowledge and skills, as well as those of the entire team.

• Executes general / routine GIS requests.
• Manage ad-hoc requests from stakeholders and prioritize accordingly.
• Participate in complex ad-hoc analyses
• Integrate geospatial information and analysis into normal business processes and provide support where necessary.
• Clean, organize and prepare data to support other departments and team members.
• Summarize results and share with stakeholders.
• Plan, execute and deliver process improvements.

• Recent graduate with knowledge of the methods, procedures and technology of GIS
• Ability to multi-task and provide support to multiple projects.
• Advance knowledge for ESRI Enterprise, some experience using Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
• Experience in coding with R, Python, SQL, Java Script, Arcade, HTML or CSS
• Willingness to participate in meetings and other group settings, and offer creative solutions to business problems of increasing complexity.
• Ability to creatively source information and connect the dots across trends and perspectives.
• Strong critical thinking skills, intellectual curiosity and desire to problem solve.
• Ability to embrace change and adapt to evolving business needs.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational, analytical and communication skills.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor’s Degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science or a related field (or applicable work experience).

Target base compensation range of: $59,000 - $81,000, plus bonus % target to be discussed during initial phone interview.
