Maxwell was founded in 2015 by homebuyers who were shocked by the complexity and inefficiencies of the mortgage process for borrowers and lending teams alike. We’ve created a platform that has not only streamlined the process and made it more efficient - closing loans 45%+ faster - but has made mortgages more accessible in the process. Our mission is clear: democratize mortgage by helping lenders work more efficiently and stay compliant while eliminating the barrier to entry and the stress for the borrower.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING...

• Execute operational directives and strategy while supporting client delivery SLAs
• Input data into company LOS and system of record
• Report problems with the data to the department manager
• Create and maintain data and information tracking system and storage
• Identify and document discrepancies during audits as well as document gaps in the process
• Maintain communication with internal contacts as necessary to ensure expectations and timelines are met so you can escalate issues, as needed

IDEALLY YOU'LL HAVE...

• High level of speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Understanding or working knowledge of the mortgage industry, highly preferred
• High technical aptitude - we are a tech company so must have familiarity with platforms like Slack, Zoom, Gsuite, etc. 
• Proficient typing skills 
• Replace with Knowledge of Mortgage and Mortgage Documents preferred
• Ability to telecommute - must have reliable internet and dedicated work space

Compensation Range: $16-$18/hour

**ability to work part-time hours, if needed
