Who We’re Looking For:
A data analyst with 2-5 years experience who thrives in deriving insight out of complex data. Skilled at helping foster a culture around data-informed decision making, this individual does not hesitate to get into the weeds to identify and understand the data. Considering data is the foundation for the continued success of CirrusMD, this role will be instrumental in providing access to accurate and meaningful data and insights that will be used to pave the way for our path ahead.
What You’ll Be Responsible For Achieving:
Transform data into actionable insights used to influence the direction of CirrusMD
Build dashboards and reports to drive awareness and understanding of key metrics
Build and maintain clean data models allowing business users to confidently explore data
Help drive continuous improvements to procedures and approaches on how data quality is measured, monitored, and reported
Thoroughly document work so that context and knowledge can be shared across the organization
What Will Make You Successful:
Intermediate to advanced SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
Experience with BI tools, especially Looker
Intellectual curiosity with a strong technical and analytical background
An acute attention to detail without losing sight of the larger task at hand
What Will Make You Stand Out:
Experience with programming languages such as Python and R
Experience with data warehouses like Snowflake and ETL tools like Fivetran
Knowledge of statistical methods and concepts such as calculating confidence intervals and standard deviation
Experience with data in a healthcare environment
