Job Title: Business Operations Lead

Location: San Francisco, CA / Denver, CO

Function: Customer Success and Candidate Enablement

Position Level: Junior / Mid-level

Compensation: $95,000 - $125,000

Travel: Minimal travel may be required

THE OPPORTUNITY

As the first Business Operations Lead at Vivian Health, you will help identify and execute on the most important cross-functional initiatives. You will help scale the business by making data-driven decisions and increasing operational efficiencies while building scalable processes that support our growth. One day you may find yourself creating reports for a Quarterly Business Review with a customer and developing optimization strategies, while the next day you may uncover an insight that shortens the time-to-hire by 25%, leading to better outcomes for our healthcare professionals and more efficient hiring for our customer partners. This individual will be a standard-bearer for the more effective management of our Customers through building dashboards, analyzing complex data trends, developing and maintaining key success metrics . Identify opportunities within our playbook and product to continually improve customer retention and then effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

THE TEAM

This role will report into the head of Strategy and Operations and will work closely with all teams across the sales cycle including customer success, candidate enablement, business development, and account executives.

ABOUT YOU

You are a curious person who is excited to be a founding member of this newly formed team You are highly analytical, love solving ambiguous business problems through exploratory analysis. You have great business intuition that helps you create actionable insights from data, and you know how to distribute the data in a digestible, information-rich way. 

You have worked closely with the product and marketing teams and analytically made suggestions based on your observations and insights. You have worked closely with customer success managers on establishing and improving playbooks and processes to support internal and customer growth.

THE SKILLSET

  • 2+ years of experience in business operations, investment banking, management consulting, or another related role at a fast-growing startup
  • BA/BS degree in math, statistics, economics, business, physics or equivalent work experience.
  • Highly analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to work through complex, ambiguous problems using data (experience using SQL or Looker is a plus)
  • Strong communication & collaboration skills. You excel at driving cross-functional initiatives and can clearly communicate and effectively build alignment.
  • A motivated and self-driven mindset. You are energetic, driven and can thrive in a fast-paced and unstructured environment
