Position Description

As part of the Customer Excellence Operations team, you will be supporting the Customer Success organization in achievement of its goals and collaboratively work with the broader organization to continuously optimize the business. As an Operations Analyst in Customer Success Operations, you will partner closely with both the Customer Success and Renewals organizations to work on “Change the Business” initiatives which enable the organization to achieve its defined “Winning Moves.” You will lead strategic programs to maximize CSM impact, improve customer health and secure customer renewals. Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support for key “Run the Business”, and “Change the Business” initiatives
  • Become an expert in key systems and tools which enable the organization to make business decisions
  • Support busines planning activities such as financial modeling, forecasting and goal setting
  • Program manage key initiatives such as Conga Winning Moves and CS QBR events
  • Guide CS campaigns to improve customer health, understand customer renewal probability and monitor customer satisfaction through customer lifecycle
  • Partner with analytics function to optimize CS and Renewals motions across each stage of the customer journey
  • Identify at-risk indicators that trigger calls to action for CSM to leverage within CS platform
  • Uncover opportunities for process improvement and optimization including redesign, and development of new process and policies
  • Builds best in class Customer Success Operations organization, and supporting a great place to work environment

Requirements

  • BS degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Business, Information Management, Finance preferred
  • Track record of leading complex programs and cross functional initiatives, which have direct revenue impact for the business
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint
  • Knowledge of sales and financial systems such as Salesforce, Gainsight, and/or NetSuite
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams across different parts of the company to achieve success on topline company programs
  • Excels by working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, able to lead teams and projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, raises the bar for quality of service
  • Curious and hungry to learn – ready to make an impact

The pay range for this position in Colorado is minimum $59,819.00 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
