Job Duties and Responsibilities
Looking for a strategic and delivery-focused Business Analyst to work with our information technology team! The Business Analyst will possess a combination of project management subject-matter knowledge and experience delivering Mobile App projects from start to finish. Success in this role will require someone who is quick on their feet and highly adaptable to ensure frequently changing projects go off without a hitch. Business Analyst Responsibilities:

• Work directly with project sponsors and partners on the development, documentation, and approval of formal business requirements to drive discovery and project execution requirements.
• Manage executive project expectations, including owning escalation, and c reating effective presentation for critical strategic projects for stakeholder and the leadership team
• Coordinate the integration and go-to-market operations for a new retail wireless brand.
• Manage the design, plan, and implementation of strategic Mobile App projects. The scope of which includes project scheduling, status reviews, executive communication and approval, requirements gathering, documentation, and eventual deployment and implementation of the product and/or project
• Work cross-functionally as a dynamic leader to effectively guide projects from concept to deployment and facilitate cross-functional meetings guiding large project teams to promote our retail wireless initiatives successfully
• Efficiently, in concert with project team members, assess and handle risk, including mitigation planning.
• Continuously improve processes and documentation that contribute to operational excellence.
• Prepare meeting agendas, track action items, and disseminate project information to ensure the team is moving forward optimally; and any ad hoc tasks regarding successful and timely project completion.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

• Four-year degree with 3-5 plus years of relevent experience as a Business Analyst, mobile app experience
• Good understanding of the mobile app development lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills.
• Passionate about supporting the development of Mobile Apps.
• Significant proven track record in delivering projects of successful large scale and projects with an element of business change.
• Significant experience in leading project management and delivery.
• Significant experience in management of senior stakeholders and developing strong relationships across the business.
• High levels of flexibility, adaptability and broad thinking.
• Knowledge and experience of applying a range of delivery/development life cycles, e.g. Waterfall, Agile, and Iterative.

Salary Range
Compensation: $66,010.00/Year - $94,300.00/Year
