About the Job

Brandzooka is seeking an Analytics Manger responsible for Search Engine Marketing. Working on the Product Team, you will report into the VP of Product, and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams. You’ll oversee and deliver-on data insights to power marketing decisions and implement initiatives that quantifiably expand Brandzooka’s audience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver ROAS positive campaigns across SEM, Display, and Social channels
• Analyze and control budget allocation on Google AdWords, Facebook, Retargeting, and other campaign efforts
• Develop and deliver actionable marketing insights and KPIs with proven growth trends
• Create and communicate attribution modeling, ensuring all marketing touches are accounted for with validated performance metrics
• Present strategic insights on market trends, consumer behavior, competitor analysis, and marketing strategy impact
• Optimize segmentation and mix through informed marketing decisions
• Collaborate with marketing to scale actionable data streams
• Automate end-to-end processes, optimizing human touchpoint and manual efforts

Requirements:

• B.S. in Business, Marketing or Advertising
• 3+ years digital marketing experience in SEM, Display and Social
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel
• Lean and Agile practitioner or methodologies understanding
