Job Description:

T-Mobile Home and Entertainment is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst. The Business Intelligence Analyst is part of the Field Operations Strategy team and will be responsible for the development, maintenance, integration, data governance, and data reporting of the Home and Entertainment business systems. It will be your responsibility to help plan, build, and analyze data reports and dashboards for the entire business.


Responsibilities:

Ideating performance metrics that will allow business leaders to manage to efficiency

Writing requirements for the purpose of building both data collection and reporting systems

Using new and existing data sources to visualize metrics in a comprehensible way

Presenting your visualizations to all levels of stakeholders

Working with the Field and Process Improvement teams to help use performance reports to drive change

Managing multiple projects at the same time

Providing recommendations to cross-functional teams, resulting in Process Improvements


Qualifications:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

 

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field

1+ year of experience with BI Visualization tool such as Tableau or Domo

Strong understanding of SQL and ability to troubleshoot data issues

Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills to all levels of technical expertise
