THE OPPORTUNITY
As the Product Education - Administrative Support Analyst at Xactly Corporation, you will be responsible for managing the Training Products in Salesforce CPQ. In addition, you will be responsible for the management of our learning management system (LMS), Docebo.
You'll collaborate with the Professional Services, Customer Success and Sales Operations teams to deliver Quotes and Order forms helping our Customers purchase the right training solutions for their Xactly Products.

The Xactly Training & Education team creates and maintains a library of training materials and education content that is consumed by Customers globally. These materials are in the form of eLearnings hosted on an LMS, instructor-led training materials in the form of slides, videos, podcasts, one page PDFs and other bite-sized content. The team achieves this by partnering with various global agencies and coordinating with internal stakeholders from teams including Product, Marketing, Legal, Business Development and Support. This role will partner with cross-functional departments to build and scale an Education and knowledge management program to support and empower both contact center agents and customers. A successful Product Education - Administrative Support Analyst will provide thought leadership around the content, learning and development principles and combine them with their advanced knowledge of technical writing. Additionally, the Product Education - Administrative Support Analyst would be responsible for building processes, mechanisms, and reporting to derive analytics around new and existing content to be fed back to key business stakeholders or for continuous improvement.
THE SKILLSET
1+ years Administration Support experience
Knowledge of and experience with learning management systems
Strong critical thinking and creative problem solving skills
Possess a customer-first mentality and obsessively think about problems through the lens of our customers, partners, and Xactlians
Strong Excel experience, pivot tables
Salesforce experience a plus
THE DETAILS
The goal is to Manage our LMS system, creating new users, approvals, enrollment, managing new courses and coupons, ensuring that it meets the needs of all of our customers through self-service channels
You will work closely with the Sales Operations team to Create and Send Training Contracts using Salesforce and Docusign
Execute on a vision for customer education that drives adoption and successful use of Xactly products
Partner with internal teams (Support, Customer Success, Sales, Product) to align on adoption strategies, define priorities, drive business outcomes, and communicate the long-term plan and ongoing progress
Organize, maintain, and update a growing library of XU content in our LMS
Create new Process Documents to support back-up for vacation coverage
Maintain a calendar of course schedules with trainer coverage
Manage communication via an email alias for the team, including responding to inquiries and requests in a timely manner
Salary: $15-19/hr
