Department Summary
The In-Home Services Corporate team is devoted to supporting thousands of talented employees in delivering the industry's best products and solutions. Constantly refining our best-in-class service, IHS Corporate manages the behind-the-scenes operations to ensure a seamless customer experience through analytics, project management and training initiatives.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and implement innovative strategies and projects
  • Nurture and enhance our relationships with Field Managers, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative insights from data sources across the enterprise
  • Collect, model, analyze, report, and present large amounts of data with meticulous attention to detail
  • Garner key insights from data and communicate these findings to key stakeholders to help make data-driven decisions; key technologies include SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Microsoft, and Google suite of tools
  • Employ creativity and critical thinking in problem-solving and achieving business goals, using statistical techniques, advanced approaches, and/or new technologies
  • Develop and deliver recommendations for continuous improvement to internal and external field management, executives, and other business partners
  • Foster engagement and excitement around initiatives during presentations
  • Conduct long-term and short-term data analysis focusing on increasing productivity and lowering fixed and variable costs while improving customer experience


Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree with a focus in Business or related field (Business Administration, Finance, Business Development Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Education); Master's Degree a plus
Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with SQL, Python, R, Tableau, and Excel in a business environment required
  • Experience manipulating large datasets in a business environment required
  • Experience translating data to actionable insights required
  • Excellent facilitation skills; Strong desire to communicate in all settings
  • Apply objective, analytical, and orderly thinking to the analysis of complex problems
  • Embrace the Adventure; Willing to take risks, try innovative approaches, be adaptable to change, and learn from failures
  • Demonstrate Curiosity; Strong desire to learn and add value to all aspects of the Dish business


Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. “There isn’t an area of the company where IT does not play a role,” Zeitlin said. “Our partnership becomes the glue that pulls it all together.” She oversees the business partnership, finance and accounting, vendor management, project management and quality assurance teams, which coordinate to help shape DISH’s future. “We support everything from onboarding new team members to implementing new wireless systems.” To effectively provide support, Zeitlin’s team uses tools such as ServiceNow Project Portfolio Manager, Rally and Smartsheet.

Making innovative contributions that evolve an industry
Pathan oversees the architecture direction, best practices and engineering deliverables at DISH Technologies (DT). As the engineering arm for DISH, the DT team works on technologies such as blockchain, streaming, hardware engineering and immersive media experiences for DISH’s PayTV services. “The most exciting aspect at DT is the ability to create impactful contributions for the industry by developing web-scale applications and differentiated experiences,” Pathan said. “Each team member is regularly encouraged to work on innovative ideas and technologies, patenting them in the process.”
