VP - Editorial Content & Social
Role Purpose
The VP – Editorial Content & Social will be responsible for transforming Bluprint’s brand through innovative content strategies both on and off platform. This role will also work with marketing and content to define a consistent point of view and filter across all our platforms. This leader will be laser focused on connecting with our audience across all touch point and driving engagement KPIs with an emphasis on retention.
What You’ll Do
- Be first and foremost a strategic storyteller driving current and future vision of content for blueprint in partnership with Content and Leadership teams
- Curate, manage and oversee programming and content calendars on and offsite.
- Be a cross-functional leader who is able to engage, listen and collaborate with internal departments/teams to align early on in terms of overall content strategy and goals, and to see collaborations through launch.
- Conceptualizes, brainstorms, imagines, and develops creative ideas and executions for content.
- Leverage knowledge of social media content best practices and performance metrics to drive recommendations for optimizing content engagement.
- Work with Creative and Production teams on producing talent assets.
- Responsible for the “voice/tone” of BP in every execution
- Build and mentor best-in-class content team
- Drive engagement and conversion as primary KPIs
Basic Qualifications
• 10+ years managing content teams
• Proven experience driving growth and hitting aggressive KPIs for a publisher/brand
• Experience launching, pivoting and growing digital brands
