WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Work with product managers, developers and business leads to identify documentation needs
• Conduct information analysis and develop documentation plans, producing clear and effective content
• Collaborate with teams to develop project documentation plans
• Work with our teams to generate documentation that is fit for purpose
• Oversee our library of technical product and project documentation
• Write technical documentation for software in a clear, accurate and concise manner
• Translate highly technical information into easily understandable information for all our stakeholders
• Develop and document knowledge of our software, tools, technology and business processes
• Review and revise documentation for new and updated products, application versions and processes
• Analyse existing and potential content, with a view to consolidation, consistency and single-sourcing opportunities
• Provide advice to Tech Leads on requirements and best practice in the technical writing space
• Manage documentation projects and libraries, supporting other team members with proof-reading, presentations and business cases
• Keep up to date on technical writing standards and styles, as well as business objectives and trends in the industry

SKILLS WE SEEK

• 3+ years experience as a Technical Writer or Business Analyst in the Tech industry
• Experience working in a highly regulated, challenging and fast paced industry
• Ability to collaborate and communicate with technical and non-technical colleagues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Good relationship management skills
• Excellent project management skills
