• Lead a team to develop, and program long-form and short-form video content - both in front and behind subscription paywall - designing approaches to maximize video consumption, engagement, retention, and a la carte class revenue
• Develop strategies and seize opportunities to create crave- and binge-worthy content for our users ranging from deep instructional content, to edutainment, to long-form inspirational concepts.
• Create new, compelling short and long-form content/programming formats and drive creative insights and strategy that lead to impactful content ideas
• Oversee projects from development/pitch to production, and ensure program is consistent with best practices across all screens and executed flawlessly
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to execute the content vision, including:
• Engage with marketing, integrations and eCommerce to conceptualize and develop creative assets that support content consumption and engagement
• Develop talent management strategies and look for opportunities to develop and leverage our talent pool
• Oversee engagement of outside production entities where appropriate
• Analyze consumption data and utilize insights to inform future programming

Basic Qualifications
• Minimum 8 years' experience acquiring and developing video talent and content
