How you'll make an impact
As the coordinator of this cross-functional team, you'll be responsible for providing administrative support to the Americas Education team. Your expertise and steady nature will help us achieve our mission of transforming the Americas accounting and bookkeeping profession by improving the lives of the people within it.
As a member of a larger global team, you will work with people across the world. You will be responsible for day to day production of digital education content and will be required to deliver on time, with high quality, and contribute to a positive, creative cultural environment.

Providing support and real time data to the Partner Relations team will allow us to amplify our partner's voices and give them an opportunity to grow while simultaneously bringing new Partners into the family, where the cycle continues.
What you'll do

  • Manage requests for content uploads, versioning, and maintenance for all US education needs.
  • Use of various technology: Learning management system (LMS), Salesforce CRM, Evolve, Zendesk, JIRA, Confluence, Google Sheets, and any new education systems that arise in the future for education-related tasks and issues.
  • Online and live course setup, testing and uploading to Xero Central. Schedule live in-person and virtual events.
  • Maintain and coordinate contractor SOWs and POs.
  • Compile weekly/monthly statistics & reporting.
  • Maintain administrative workflow by improving processes, implementing cost reductions, and developing reporting procedures.
  • Provide general administration support to the Education team and approved third party contractors.
  • Manage ad-hoc requests to system ops and global production teams and from cross functional US based teams.
  • Record and edit webinars so they can be presented as on-demand offerings.
  • Create briefs or requests for graphics, slides, artwork and/or illustrations (with the Hub or global education as needed) for use in screencasts and digital learning projects.
  • Assist with the pre-production (scripts, setup) and production (audio recording, screen capture, filming) of screencasts, podcasts and live events.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to ensure all requests meet Xero quality, branding, style guidelines and business strategies.

Experience

  • 1-3 years similar / relevant experience.
  • Use of project management software
  • Experience with PO or budgeting software
  • Understanding of budgeting and reporting.
  • Detail oriented, work with a high degree of accuracy and follow up.
  • Business development/customer relationship experience.
  • Computer literacy and software knowledge, including GSuite and Excel.
  • Experience with eLearning (Captivate, Storyline, Evolve) and/or screen capture software (Camtasia, Screenflow) preferred but not required.
