As part of a creative team, the Creative Producer is in a unique position within creative operations, and is responsible for managing project pipeline and workflow for all members of the creative team. Reporting to the Head of Creative, the CPM will work in partnership with creative team members as well as project stakeholders (marketing, sales, HR, product, execs) to help define and scope deliverables for creative projects, and make an assessment of resources and timing to address project needs. This will be a highly collaborative position that requires consistent and timely communication with all team members involved to ensure quality delivery that is on budget, and on time. 

This position will also engage with external agency partners that assist in creative areas of expertise ranging from branding, design, and video production services. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for creative department/ project status, but will also rely heavily on the creative director for creative and strategic communications as needed.

Success is not only based on delivery of quality creative assets, but also in coordinating across numerous internal and external stakeholder groups. Being able to form close relationships with various groups within Marketo is just as critical as with design and development partners. Cultivating deep understanding of creative and digital strategy will be inherent to your success as well.

Day-to-day Functions

  • Work cross-functionally to source, direct, and create compelling design and video assets
  • Collaborate with agencies, graphic designers, motion designers, and art directors to elevate the creative and enhance content delivery across multiple forms of media and experiences.
  • Clearly understand project priorities and be able to prioritize based on business needs, bandwidth, and skillset.
  • Create project schedules, effectively managing timelines from conception through successful launch and beyond, communicating milestones to key stakeholders
  • Continue to proactively learn about digital and design strategy, and also be able to effectively represent the capabilities of cross-functional partners and internal team members in project discussions
  • Build and strengthen partner relationships as liaison to Marketing, Sales, Events, regional teams and agency partners
  • Reviewing Jira/ workflow metrics, analyzing delivery trends, and suggesting paths for better creative/ development processes
  • Work with creative and development to determine the best tools or modifications to improve workflow
  • Access server/cloud tools to ensure asset management
  • Timely and consistent communication with project owners and creative team members
  • Regular status updates on timing and delivery of projects in the pipeline
  • Monitoring and allocation of creative projects and resources to ensure that request and expectations are managed accordingly.
  • Quality assurance and reviews of creative deliverables to ensure that requirements are met for each project prior to delivery.
  • Scheduling and planning on behalf of creative for kickoffs and discover sessions that will provide greater insight into creative projects.
  • Facilitation of purchase orders and approvals for external creative partners
  • Regular reporting of creative pipeline, workload volume, and assessment of team bandwidth

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in a creative/digital environment. Marketing and/or agency experience is a plus.
  • Exemplary organizational skills with a disciplined approach to project management.
  • Ability to influence create clear, effective creative briefs that assess project needs and requirements
  • Great interpersonal skills with ability to voice opinions and give feedback.
  • Must be capable and conversant in all aspects of a creative delivery, production, and workflow.
  • Prior project management, project ownership, or creative production management experience.
  • The skills to be able to think critically, capture actionable notes and feedback, and the initiative to learn new models and tools to enhance workflow.
  • Experience using a Digital Asset Management system or similar tools to propagate and track assets through an operational workflow.
  • Understanding and eye for great detail and the ability to translate design specs into finalized assets.
  • Healthy interactions with marketing teams, creative agency, and/or production house, as well as the ability to lead meeting and conference calls effectively.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and asset management platforms

Our new office is in the Denver City Center near plenty of shops and restaurants. We also have amazing views of the Rocky Mountains from our windows.
