Position Description:

We have an opportunity for the right person to join SmartAcre’s account team.

SmartAcre is looking for a campaign strategist with experience in B2B marketing who can devise, manage, and execute strategy-driven lead and demand generation campaigns and be accountable for results. To succeed in this role, you have a solid background in inbound marketing, lead and demand generation, search engine marketing, paid advertising, social media, content marketing, and analytics. You understand how to leverage marketing automation and sales technologies like HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, and Salesforce. You can take a client’s idea, map the appropriate tactics to the customer journey, and create and manage a campaign from start to finish.

You must thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple campaigns and priorities at once. We are headquartered in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania with a growing team in Denver, CO, New York City, and our growing roster of B2B and technology clients are located throughout the U.S.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead internal resources to understand client lead and revenue goals and devise integrated plans that contribute to the bottom-line.
  • Execute deadline-driven campaign tactics focused on inbound marketing, nurturing, engagement, and sales enablement.
  • Drive campaigns using data, marketing automation, CRM, content marketing, engagement, and conversion optimization.
  • Manage day-to-day communication with both clients and teammates.
  • Analyze key campaign data and consult through analysis, trend insights, and reporting of results.
  • Coordinate/PM with the accounts, creative, and technology teams to drive projects to completion.
  • Continually stay on top and ahead of the changing digital marketing landscape specifically marketing technology and automation.
Skills:
  • 3-5 years experience as a digital marketing associate with project or account management experience. Agency experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Proven experience planning and executing lead and demand gen tactics including inbound marketing, content marketing, SEO, PPC, and social media.
  • Technical skills and understanding of the components of a successful digital campaign and how that process is executed.
  • Ability to learn and demonstrate an understanding of client products and services, provide thoughtful input to client challenges and proactively bring solutions to the table.
  • Working knowledge of one or more marketing automation tools including HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo and Salesforce.
  • A firm understanding of the metrics that clients and effectively report on ROI.
  • Expertise in data analysis, presentations and consultative reporting.
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to continuously problem solve across diverse subject matter with high client and team visibility.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize projects, budgets, resources, and be highly accountable.
  • Excellent communication and writing ability including ability to think on your feet and demonstrate confidence in your recommendations.
  • Related degree.
