Department Summary
Our Retail Wireless team, serving our Boost Infinite, Boost Mobile and Gen Mobile Brands, is redefining consumer expectations through new platforms, new business models and new ways of thinking. Job Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking dynamic and creative individuals to join our media team as we seek to build a stronger foundation, both internally and externally, for the Retail Wireless business. The Boost Field Video Content Creator is part of the Boost Mobile Media Team and will create concepts and execute them from start to finish. This innate explorer and creator will work with our Boost Mobile retailers and field support teams. This person thinks big and is not afraid to dive deep to find creative solutions for our retailers to bring their vision to life. A successful content creator also has the technical skillset to execute creative storytelling, namely through photography and videography. This includes shooting and producing videos in a formal or in-field setting. A qualified candidate must have a proven track record of creating engaging photos/videos and understand the various photo/video differences (e.g., formats) for each platform. The Boost Field Video Content Manager role will coordinate with the Marketing Team, HQ Training Team, Go To Market Team, and Brand Team to develop assets for retailer execution, drive key initiatives, and promote retailer profitability.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Has a digital-first mindset - captures and produces content in-house and economically within tight time frames.
  • Must be self efficient and have the ability to capture events as a one person team.
  • Can tell a story through creative concepts, films, edits, and produces videos to be used across all media channels
  • Has the ability to edit videos and photos quickly. Animation and motion experience is a bonus.
  • Creates dynamic and effective promotional, marketing, explainer, and social videos
  • Shoots (on camera and smartphone), edits, and produces original content for enterprise media channels
  • Works collaboratively to conceptualize photo/video content, clearly communicates creative vision
  • Manipulates stock photos, stock footage, and integrates motion graphics to produce impactful creative
  • Create content built from current retailer best practices to facilitate a retailer principal training program, which will cover topics including a new retailer's guide to wireless, organizational structure growth, how to improve profitability, etc
  • Market drop in support to prepare for launches and events. Also, provide an in-market presence to capture key moments with our field team and retailers
  • Works closely with the creative and field team throughout the process to ensure excellent results


Skills, Experience and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Communications or a related field plus 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Video production experience
  • Very experienced in social space with trends, posting and best practices
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Media Encoder, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Strong experience with video compression, file correction and optimization techniques
  • Must be highly organized, including clear external and internal file management
  • Must be able to work efficiently on multiple projects to meet tight deadlines
  • Need to be able to travel up to 50%
  • Ability to push through problems and multi-task
  • Ability to prioritize work independently and take initiative
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal)


Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
