Department Summary

Team members have the unique opportunity to explore diverse business lines, gaining hands-on experience in various facets of finance, including accounting, audit and supply chain management.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviews and determines accuracy of source data, account balances, calculations, postings, etc. (investigates and reconciles any discrepancies)
  • Develop queries; generate and distribute reports and work product
  • Communicate with customers and responds to inquires; takes corrective actions
  • Analyze compiled data and recommends appropriate actions
  • Ensure that all processes are in accordance with Sox
  • Perform all data entry and imports within according to agreed upon SLA
  • Identifies opportunities for process improvement and brings them to management attention


Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED required; college or technical/vocational school a plus


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Ability to write simple correspondence and to present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and employees of the organization
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
  • Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
  • Maintain a high degree of professionalism, discipline and enjoy the competitive spirit of adventure
  • Ability to prioritize and possess strong organizational skills
  • Work independently or within a group atmosphere


Salary Ranges
Compensation: $43,100.00/Year - $61,600.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
