Galvanize is a dynamic learning community for technology, that offers education, workspace, and networking. Our eight beautifully designed campuses are places where people and companies congregate to create real-world change and inspire each other.
We are looking for an experienced website manager to join our amazing marketing team and develop, implement, and maintain our corporate website. HTML, CSS, web analytics, and project management will be key areas of competence related to this role.
The website manager role will be responsible for interpreting our web analytics data and identifying opportunities for improvement on the company website. This role will also be responsible for light development work related to the website. We’re language agnostic but our current stack includes Wordpress, Backbone, React, Go, and other technologies.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to service requests related to the company website.
- Perform project management for projects relating to the website.
- Utilize HTML, CSS, and our CMS to deploy changes to the website.
- Analyze web analytics data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Be the web technology guru for our marketing team.
- You have an infectiously positive attitude and are solution-minded.
- You have 2-5 years experience managing websites in a corporate setting.
- You have good working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- You have experience working with Wordpress and other CMS solutions.
- You have a college degree in a field related to web development, or you graduated from a bootcamp focused on web development, or have equivalent work experience.
