Technical Support Engineer

The Cheat Sheet is looking for a full-time Technical Support Engineer to join our team to provide application and technical support to our staff, and work closely with the Tech team on quality assurance. This role reports directly to our Director of Technology.
As our Technical Support Engineer you will:
Report directly to the Director of Technology
Provide front line support for staff across all our business platforms
Take ownership of issues reported and see problems through to resolution
Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve issues
Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
Provide prompt and accurate feedback
Generate and track quality assurance metrics
Implement testing plans for all code releases
Perform thorough regression testing when defects are resolved
Administer a defect tracking system, a test case management system, and related test infrastructure

Familiar with mobile and Web application development.
