Havenly, Inc. is a funded and fast growing consumer services start-up, located in the heart of Denver. We offer online interior design services that make decorating your home simple, affordable and accessible for everyone.

We are looking for a Social Media & Community Manager to join our team and drive both the development and growth of our brand through social media. Serving as a liaison and ambassador between Havenly and our customers, you will oversea social media and community marketing efforts for customer engagement, acquisition, and retention. Through each social media channel you will aim to drive strong brand awareness and evangelical community engagement. You should have command of best practices and trends in social media marketing, enjoy being creative, and understand how to both build and convert a digital audience.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage social media and community marketing initiatives across Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, and blog posts.
  • Define, develop, and implement, a social media growth strategy that not only attracts new customers, but is a constantly engaging the ever growing Havenly customer community.
  • Provide best-in-class customer experience on all social media forums.
  • Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI.
What You'll Bring:
  • BA/BS degree from a top-tier school
  • Experience building, growing and managing a new community for a technology or startup company.
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.
  • An eye for detail. You know the difference between there, their, and they're. Typos never stand a chance when you're around!
  • A sense of humor. Writing engaging, witty content is second nature to you.
  • Can-do attitude; crazy hustle; ability to get things done; entrepreneurial mindset. Startup experience a strong plus!
  • Active and well-rounded personal presence in social media, with a command of each network and their best practices.
