Next, we take care of a whole lot of prep, from chopping to making unique sauces, dressings, and spice blends. Then we deliver them to you — fresh and pre-measured — along with diverse, chef-crafted recipes, making it easy, fast, and fun to cook nourishing, delicious dinners at home.

Green Chef is the first USDA-certified organic meal kit delivery service.
We're looking for an energetic, creative and organized individual to manage the social presence and community engagement for Green Chef and to report on our results. The Social Marketing Specialist will implement our Social Strategy across platforms including Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. This is a full-time position based at our headquarters in Boulder, CO.

Responsibilities:

Content Marketing
    • Develop and lead management of content calendar (specific content plan by platform) under direction of Marketing Team.
    • Create, curate and/or traffic content across departments and follow up for edits and support as needed.
    • Post content daily utilizing Sprout Social and other platform tools.
    • Coordinate content for social channels using in-house static/video assets and branded campaigns.
    • Track organic vs paid content and impact to engagement and acquisition.
    • Support marketing team in providing performance reports and optimization recommendations by channel.  
Community Engagement
    • Proactively manage and interact with active followers to identify key fans and potential brand ambassadors.
    • Work with Customer Support to identify emerging product or sentiment themes which may require elevation.
    • Support marketing team’s Influencer Marketing initiatives with social outreach and analysis.
    • Support live brand ambassador initiatives.
    • Help to manage social content partnerships with like-minded brands.
Data Analysis
    • Monitor and track analytics across each platform.
    • Investigate, recommend and implement new applications, tools, etc. to improve social media reach.
    • Establish and track key performance indicators, competitive analyses, etc. as needed.
    • Conduct data-driven tests of new content, strategies and campaigns.
    • Monitor audience growth across social media platforms.
Requirements
    • Bachelors Degree
    • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
    • Good judgement regarding creative content and brand fit.
    • Education and/or work experience in media, visual arts or communications. 
    • Passion for Organic Food/Living.
    • Leadership and collaboration experience.
    • Social media native with clear understanding of platforms and mechanics.
    • 2017 Grads with relevant majors will be considered.
