As a SEO/Growth Marketing Specialist in Xactly’s Denver office, you will be responsible for creating and managing search engine optimization (SEO) & pay-per-click (PPC) programs for Xactly Corporation’s incentive compensation business solutions.  We are seeking an energetic and driven team player who will increase targeted website traffic and drive qualified lead responses by leveraging growth marketing tactics.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan & implement SEO/Growth strategy for our business units (SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise).
  • Manage organic search engine performance and goal setting based on site impressions, clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions.
  • Obsessively monitor and report on SEO/Growth progress, including MOM/YOY visits, conversions & lead responses.
  • Run/Manage SEO/Growth (display, search, & social) programs with ad networks.
  • Build a clear, quarterly marketing plan that enables us to hit ambitious goals for brand awareness, special events, PR hits, and sales leads.
  • Identify growth opportunities via PPC, display, retargeting, SEO, virality, or other virtuous cyclical growth loops.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to optimize websites and drive relevant traffic.
  • Support the web marketing team in demand generation initiatives.
  • Work with our Marketing Operations team to analyze the results from each campaign, adapting future creative according to that feedback.
 
Required Skills:
  • 2+ years of hands-on SEO/Growth experience at the enterprise level.
  • Excellent project planning and management skills.
  • Experience with Marketing Automation software.
  • Experience with SEO/Growth leading-practices.
  • Advanced user of Google Analytics.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate cross-functionally.
  • A/B and MVT Testing.
  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
  • SEO experience on WordPress platform a plus.
  • Deep understanding of mobile strategy and how it relates to SEO.
  • Knowledge of redirect rules and RegEx commands. 
  • The ability to work with back-end SEO elements such as .htaccess, robots.txt, metadata, site speed optimization, and related skills.
  • A functional understanding of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, code structure, URL structure, HTTP status codes and redirects. 
  • Experience with products that serve multiple languages or countries is a plus.
  • An up-to-date, working knowledge of current, past, and projected trends in the SEO industry.
